This past Thursday, I was at my client's office for a due diligence meeting. One of the attorneys asked: "What would happen to the Port in the event of an earthquake?" My client answered half-smiling: "Well, I suppose if we were to have a large enough earthquake, the whole Port could fall into the ocean." Hahah.
